30 Days Hassle Free Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product simply send it back to us by completing these simple steps below. At theridinggear we want you to be happy with your purchase there for if you are not satisfied and wanting to return please send the merchandise back. No restocking fee shipping is non refundable. 100% refunds.

- Return procedure
Returns must have the following: Copy of invoice. Name, address and same email address that was use to place the order. Merchandise that is being returned. Reason why its being returned. Note of what you would like us to do with this return. We suggest to keep a record of all paper work that is sent to us for your record along with tracking number. All returns should be insured just like how we insured them when it was sent to you, we will not be held responsible for any lost merchandise. No shipping charge will be refunded. Address package to http://www.theridinggear.com/ Merchandise should be packaged in an appropriate box size. Items need to be sent back pre-paid by you within 30 days of purchasing it. All items must be in the same new condition with tags on it and unused with the exceptions of try on only. Items must not be shipped back in the manufacturer's box as it could get damaged in the shipping. Damage during shipping could delay your return processing. Reshipping fee for exchange on a different size will be covered by us (limit 1), (not applicable for a different color or a different model).

Exchange procedure When making an exchange we need the following information: Customer's first name and last name, also email that was used when placing an order. Which item is being exchange and why? Details on what we are to do with the order as far as if needed in different size, style or color? If exchanging for a different color or model please include $10.00 for reshipping. You may pay for the reshipping charge with a credit card. Please include a phone number that we can reach you for your credit card information. If exchanging for diffrent size no reshipping is charged. Please keep a copy if invoice and exchange form for your record. All exchange must be insured just like how we insure when its being ship to you, we can't be held responsible for any lost pachages. We recommend that you use FedEx, DHL or UPS to send back to us, also keeping record of the tracking number. If USPS is being used you need to insured with a delivery confirmation, we will not be held responsible for lost package.

- Return refund procedure
Once you return is received and all inspections are completed and approved your refund will be made on the credit card that was used to purchase the merchandise. It takes one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your statement.

All returns must be made before 30 days, if we receive any return that is older then 30 days we will send back to you. If a second attempt to return is made your return will be kept and no refund will be made.

- Merchandise Return Condition
n order for us to take your return, all merchandise must be the same condition that was sent to you from us, they can't be worn. It must be in the same packaging, same container, all the manuals and documents. Any paper work that was sent to you must be sent back to us. Merchandise sent as a set must be returned as a set nothing can be missing while returning. If we find that return is not at our standard requirements it will be sent back to you therefore no refund will be made. Once you return is received and all inspections are completed and approved your refund will be made on the credit card that was used to purchase the merchandise. It takes one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your statement. Please not the following: Any merchandise that is worn, damaged or soiled will not be exchanged or returned. All merchandise that is shipped from our warehouse is carefully inspected by our staff, if we see that merchandise is worn/ soiled or damaged in a way that it's not resalable will not be returned, or refunded it will be sent back to you.
